Bibiana González Rave was the very first winemaker we hosted back in 2018, and we are honored to have her return! Her Cattleya and Alma de Cattleya Wines from Sonoma and Napa Valley will be presented alongside a meticulously prepared 5-course dinner from Jargon’s Chef Alek Kubicki.

Bibiana was born in Medellin, Colombia and studied Viticulture and Enology in the Cognac and Bordeaux regions of France. She is now the founder and owner of the award winning Cattleya Wines in California.  Her awards include 2015 Winemaker of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle, and Best of the Best Wine Spectator rankings.

She believes that a vineyard is a direct reflection of the work put into it by human hands, and her countless hours of hard work and care paid off in 2015 as she was named “Winemaker of the Year”. Bibiana wants her wines to be accessible, affordable, and of utmost importance, to be shared and enjoyed with friends and family.

Price of $150 per person includes 5 courses, 5 wine pairings and a Champagne cocktail. Tax, gratuity and additional alcohol is not included.

First Course
Roasted Raddicho - honey charred pear, whipped chevre, candied Marcona almonds, crispy prosciutto*, pickled charred shallot (GF, V*)

Second Course
Foie de Volaille - sourdough toast, crispy alliums, fennel jam, pickled pear

Third Course
Lobster Cannelloni - sunchokes, ricotta, brown butter, tarragon

Fourth Course, choice of:
Confit Lamb Belly - pomegranate glaze, creamy polenta, water cress, pickled fennel (GF)
Or
Seared Tuna Au Poivre - pommes fondant, wilted greens, trout roe (GF)

Fifth Course, choice of: 
Chevre Cheese Cake - asian pear snow, apple cider caramel
Or
Chocolate Cremeaux - espresso chocolate sauce, milk crisp, cherries (GF)

Midnight Draft Poetry Collective hosts their open mic series on 2nd Tuesdays, hosted by Ivy Rozen. 

Come early to get on the list! 

The poetry half of the evening will end with a special reading from Pushcart nominee and Midnight Draft Collective member Tresha Faye Haefner.

Midnight Laughs!  Stick around after poetry for lively comedy performances starting at 8:30, hosted by Poetry Collective member Justin Blackburn!

Drinks and small bites will be available for purchase throughout the evening.  It's going to be a particularly exciting evening of arts that you won't want to miss!
