Winemaker Dinner with Davis Family Vineyards

Enjoy a five course dinner from Chef Paul Cremer, hosted by winemaker and owner Guy Davis from Davis Family Vineyards!
Jargon has featured Davis Family wines on our award-winning wine list since we opened, and we are very excited to present this incredible dining event!
Founded by Guy and Judy Davis in 1997, Davis Family Vineyards has endeavored to bring people together with delicious wines. In the heart of the Russian River Valley, through careful craftsmanship and a hands-on passion for organic and sustainable farming and fermentation they craft a wide range of phenomenal wines.Guy Davis will join us to share his stories and is even bringing a special guest: The Maker of La La Land Organics in Sylva NC. She sources a purely organic cacao from Peru to create beautiful and delicious treasures such as amazing chocolate ganache truffles sweetened with honey and enhanced with ayurvedic ingredients. You won't want to miss this unusual and unique dining experience!
The cost is $150 per person, which includes dinner + 5 pairings. Tax, gratuity or additional alcohol is not included.
Doors open at 6pm for a cocktail hour, and dinner begins at 7pm. Seats are very limited for this special event, and all seating is "community style".
This menu is subject to CHANGE due to the availability of ingredients, and substitutions will not be available.
First Course: Duck Liver Canapé - house focaccia, pickled strawberry, shaved radish
Second Course: Seared Snap Peas - preserved lemon gribiche, eggs mimosa, pickled mustard (GF, V)
Third Course: Grilled Pork Loin - curried lentils, plumped apricots (GF)
Fourth Course: Pomegranate Glazed Duck Confit - cannellini beans, braised Brussels sprouts (GF)

Jargon's Annual New Orleans Jazz Dinner

Jargon presents two-nights of an exclusive dinner menu designed around the Cajun and Creole culinary traditions of Louisiana.
In addition to an array of small and large dishes to choose from, we’ll have LIVE New Orleans-style jazz, cocktails and desserts! This is definitely one of our most popular dining events of the year and is not to be missed!
Enjoy live music in the Courtyard by Les Chats Violets (members of Empire Strikes Brass).
Guests can also stop by The Argot Room next door for more live music and fun with Cynthia McDermott and The Bon Temps!
