Every year we host an unconventional “UnValentine’s Day” event that is sure to please.

Special Event Menu
The following menu items are exclusive to this event and will be served on the event date.
1. Amuse Bouche – pickled mussel, shoestring frites, scallion gelee, chili oil
2. Winter Squash Bisque – duck ham, tarragon crème fraiche,
Frisee & Endive – apple butter, pickled cauliflower, candied pecans, cranberry, mustard vinaigrette
3. Butternut Squash Ravioli – rabbit confit, fennel, Perigord truffle, sage, arugula,
Lusty Monk Spaetzle – Black Pearl mushroom, kim-chee, carrot, scallion, sesame
4. Pheasant Porchetta – crispy brussels, turnip puree, brown butter balsamic, herb salad
Scallops – sunchoke puree, beet-sunflower risotto, yu-choy, raddish
Short Rib – rutabaga puree, crispy collard slaw, mole
5. Affogato – chocolate-hazelnut biscotti, salted caramel ice cream, Bean Werks coffee
