3. Butternut Squash Ravioli – rabbit confit, fennel, Perigord truffle, sage, arugula,

Lusty Monk Spaetzle – Black Pearl mushroom, kim-chee, carrot, scallion, sesame

4. Pheasant Porchetta – crispy brussels, turnip puree, brown butter balsamic, herb salad
